David has been a Lead Application Architect since 1998, designing applications and creating the documentation that is the basis of development. David is a master programmer in the areas of .NET, C#, Visual Basic, Internet Information Server, COM objects, SQL server, XML/XSL, and ASP. He is an expert in the NT server development environment. David earned a B.S. degree in computer engineering from Portland State University in 1999.
